Tenant Find: Your property will be advertised on as rightmove, spareroom, easyroommate, accomodation for students just to name a few to get maximum exposure to the market and maximise the chances of ensuring your property is rented out is rented out in the shortest possible time so you maximise your profits.

Tenant Referencing: Your tenants shall be fully vetted to ensure that they can afford the rent, don’t have previous adverse credit and would be the same type of tenants we would want to put into our own properties so you know that each tenant is just the right tenant for you.

Property Inventory: Your property will have a full inventory taken professionally, documented professionally and used as evidence of the state of the property to ensure no problems occur down the line.  Your a property investor and ensuring your property gets back in the best possible condition is paramount for you to do what your great at, investing in property, and not spend time worrying about the details.

Tenant Move In & Move out: Your tenants will always be given a lot of information about the property and how to deal with any maintenance upon move in, its important for tenant happiness and therefore landlord happiness and expenditure that the move in process is smooth, everything starts with the move in process and first impression count.  Your tenants will always have a smooth, information filled move in to ensure they are happy and no unexpected problems arise for you.  So you know your tenants are being treated like humans and with a personal touch.
